About me

I have a habit of saying yes before I fully understand what I’m agreeing to. That’s how I found myself becoming Episcopalian—by showing up, week after week, learning as I go, and occasionally realizing I’ve committed to something I don’t yet know how to do. Somewhere along the way, I started making friends, finding my place, and noticing small details that keep me curious (like why there’s a banner with a winged cow).

This Substack is about showing up anyway: to church, to community, to questions I don’t have answers for yet. It’s about faith lived in real time, built through participation, curiosity, and a lot of yeses.
